Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellation less than 24 hours require a 50% fee to be paid immediately. Cancellations on day of appointment require a 100% of service fee to be paid immediately. Please be considerate.
No-Shows
A “no-show” is defined as a missed appointment without prior notice. Clients who do not attend their scheduled session, whether by forgetting or choosing not to come, will be responsible for 100% of the service fee. Payment in full is required immediately.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
